Planning & Architecture

We offer a complete service of detailed design, planning and specifications to meet your requirements. Should you require planning permission, our experts will advise you to let you know the possibility of obtaining planning permission, in many cases permission isn’t required.

In the unlikely event of the council refusing permission, we will advise you that this may happen before undertaking any work, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Design & Build

Often referred to as ‘Building Regs’, Building Control Approval is always required for all the plans we design. Our team of experts ensure that this is included in all plans which contain a full specification including cross-sections, construction detail and structural calculations, that are all supplied with every drawing.

To avoid any disappointments, we will have specifications and calculations approved before any work is carried out.
